Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us when you ask for a quote or book a job: your name, phone number, the town or address where the job is, a description or photos of what needs to go, and your answers on our quote forms, including forms submitted through Facebook or Instagram ads.

How we use it

To call or text you back, give you a price, schedule and complete the job, and follow up about that job. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who sees it

Only the people running York Junk Removal. Information you submit through a Facebook or Instagram form is also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep job details for as long as we need them for the job, our records and tax purposes, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it by calling or texting (365) 773-8689.
